Subsidized financing “Investimento e Sviluppo”

Low-interest financing of investment and production development initiatives.

Beneficiaries: SMEs, large service enterprises, freelancers with operational headquarters in FVG (or that are committed to establishing themselves here).

Fundable initiatives:

a) Creation of a new factory, extension of an existing factory, diversification of production through additional new products or fundamental change in the production process.

b) Acquisition of the assets of a factory if the factory has been closed or would have been closed.

c) Business development initiatives other than those listed (these initiatives are only eligible for de minimis funding).Eligible expenses are listed in Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation.

Financing features

Maximum coverage: 80% of eligible expenditure.

Minimum and maximum funding: from EUR 25,000 to EUR 4 million.

Maximum duration: 25 years.

Fixed interest rate of 1.20% for subsidised loans up to EUR 150,000 and 1.30% for higher amounts.
