Insiel S.p.A. is the Data Processor of the Personal Data connected to the provision of the services that are subject to the “Rules for the in-house assignment of activities relating to the development and management of the Regional Integrated Information System and telecommunications infrastructures by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia to Insiel SpA”.
2. Purpose of the processing and nature of the conferment of the data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal execution, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers or devices utilised by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, and the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.). The referrer (the page from which you come from), user agent (type and version of the browser) and protocol are also collected. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.
The navigation data, stored as required by the relevant legislation, could be used, if available at the time of the request of the competent Authorities, to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the same request. The optional, explicit, and voluntary registration through special web modules (forms) present on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of all the data reported in the fields filled in by the user, and the processing in accordance with what is reported in the specific information relating to each individual form, is carried out exclusively in fulfilment of the Entities own institutional activities.
3. Methods of processing the data
In relation to the purpose described, the processing of personal data takes place using IT and telematic tools with a logic strictly related to the purpose itself. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorised access.
4. Categories of recipients of personal data
The recipients of the data collected following consultation of the site are external subjects, by way of example, IT companies, designated by the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, as Data Processors. The personal data collected are also processed by the Data Controller’s staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself. These data may also be communicated to the organs responsible for any investigations or checks in the event of specific requests on the part of the cited Entities.
5. Period of retention
The requested data are kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected.
6. Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to access their personal data and to correct or cancel them or to limit their processing in the cases provided for by the Regulations.
Furthermore, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
